Autism Evaluations

Thrive Psychological Services continues to offer mental health services including individual and group therapy services to families with children on the Autism spectrum. In addition, Thrive Psychological Services offers a comprehensive evaluation for Autism Spectrum Disorder for children and adolescents. The evaluation may be completed in one day or broken up over a couple of days.

The evaluation consists of the following:

• Diagnostic Intake

• School Contact 

• Assessment in Clinic

• Feedback with Parents and Recommendations (for home, school, and community)

Cost: Insurance may cover these assessment services. 

Insurance accepted for Autism Evaluations: Regence BlueCross/BlueShield, Moda, Premera, Aetna, and First Choice Health. Credentialing of providers for certain insurance may change. Please check with your insurance regarding providers and evaluation benefits. Insurances not listed may offer reimbursement to families upon claim submission and request.

Autism evaluations are also offered for families with Molina insurance. Physician referral required. Molina authorization required.
