Most providers at Thrive Psychological Services, PS are contracted with the following health plans:

If your health plan is not listed, please call our office and we can assist with clarifying your benefits.
 

You may call to clarify your mental health benefits with your insurance provider, here are some helpful questions to ask:

1. Do I have Outpatient Mental Health benefits?

2. Do I need Authorization for Mental Health services?

3. Do I have a deductible for Mental Health services?
 

Payment

Payment is due in full at your scheduled appointment. Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted.
 

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is held exclusively for you.  If you need to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment, please provide twenty-four (24) hours notice by calling (360) 719-2852. If you call later than the 24 hour deadline (excluding emergencies), or do not show for your appointment time, you will be responsible for the session fee. Please be aware that private insurance companies do not cover this cost.
